I really liked the hardwood floors and the track lighting.  So little in Japan has incandescent lighting- and if you've heard me talk on the subject, you've heard my dislike of cold blue fluorescent lighting.  It's a great joy to have warm lighting. I was still learning to use my camera... so I didn't really take a picture that lets you see the lighting, but trust me, it was warm and friendly.
