Omotesando is a beautiful area.  I understand it's one of the most expensive areas in Tokyo as well.  It was a fun place to walk around in at lunch, though I saw some of the strangest outfits.

Say what you may about the trains being crowded, the subway system in Tokyo is truly excellent.
